VHF/UHF/FM Transceivers and Peripheral Equipment

DCG features transceiver equipment manufactured by Technisonic Industries (TiL). TiL is a manufacturer of high quality VHF-AM Air/Ground aeronautical mobile and base station radio equipment. TiL’s transmitters and receivers were originally designed to Transport Canada (TC) Specifications FSC 3703 and TAC 3704. These documents define equipment needed by the D.O.T. to fill the requirement for a highly reliable communications system which will operate under the most severe environmental conditions while maintaining the highest level transmitter and receiver integrity in locations of high RF traffic density. These radio systems are required to comply with MIL-STD-810C and 461B pertaining to shock, vibration, severe temperatures and humidity. To date TiL has delivered over 5,000 transmitter/receiver systems to Transport Canada and other aviation customers in both mobile, fixed base, primary and control tower back-up configurations.
